Interview Process Timeline

  • Create a username and password or use your existing account.

  • A resume screening process will gauge your qualifications and you may be aligned with another position that more closely matches your skills.

  • If you qualify, a hiring manager will reach out and you may receive an email invitation to record an interview through HireVue.

  • If you receive a HireView invitation, complete the interview within 5 days.

  • If you receive a contingency offer, you will be emailed a link to begin a background check.

  • Each position requires proof of education sent directly from your school to our Talent Acquisition Team. You will be prompted to initiate that process.

  • Upon receipt of all documentation, your orientation will be scheduled, and you will receive more documents to complete prior.

  • Then, we welcome you to Team Bowen Health!

Information About Your Virtual Interview

Bowen Health partners with HireVue, a user-friendly digital interviewing platform that gets you in front of hiring managers quicker! The interview questions are specific to the position and take 5-8 minutes to complete. If you receive an invitation it will come from HireVue to the email on your resume.

Tips For Your HireVue Virtual Interview

  1. Use the practice option before completing your actual interview

  2. Record the interview in a quiet room with good lighting.

  3. Dress professionally, as if you were in an actual interview

  4. Breathe and SMILE – we are not judging your on-camera performance.
