Employee Assistance Program

Everyone hits a rough-patch now and then, so we offer an Employee Assistance Program that provides highly confidential, professional assistance from an outside provider to manage life's challenges that may interfere with your personal and/or professional life.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Generous paid time off encourages time for self-care and an opportunity to refresh and recharge. We offer 3 weeks annual PTO for new full-time employees which can be used after 6 months of service and earned PTO increases based on length of service.

Paid Holidays

At Bowen Health employees receive 10 paid holidays annually including floating holidays to use as you please.
